By continuing from this point, "user" agrees to the following:
User understands that they are responsible for the item they are creating, including,
but not limited to the text, graphics, photographs or any other images uploaded and added to the
piece during the customization process. User hereby guarantees that they have the right to use the
afore mentioned text, graphics, photographs or other images and that they are not subject to
copyright or ownership by other entities, whether public, private or other. In doing so, user
accepts full responsibility for any legal action that might arise from the use of said text, graphics,
photographs or other images and holds DBS Print and Marketing, it`s owners or employees, harmless. User understands also that DBS Print and Marketing reserves
the right to NOT produce any piece that is found to be inappropriate.

Refund Policy

All sales created on this website are final no refunds will be available since users design the piece, proof the piece, and decide on the quantity prior to finalizing the purchase.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

When placing an order you are required to give DBS Print and Marketing the carrier routes from the United States Postal Service. Any shipment not being mailed will be sent via UPS.
